Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Tedlex Pro subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service. All payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Lava.top.

1. What you are paying for

Tedlex Pro is a recurring subscription that unlocks premium content and features in the Tedlex web app (all songs and levels, YouTube song imports, and other Pro features). Access is delivered digitally and activates on your account immediately after a successful payment.

2. 14-day satisfaction window

If you are not satisfied with Tedlex Pro, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request for a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lava.top.

3. Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your profile or via Lava.top; your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period.
For an automatic renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review it.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@tedlex.app from the email address on your Tedlex account. Please include the date of the charge and the email used for payment so we can locate the transaction. We aim to respond within a few business days.
